PIMCO Prime Real Estate is one of world’s largest real estate investors and asset managers. Our Risk Management team is responsible for risk management activities across all regions (Europe, APAC, US), all clients (Allianz and third party) and all products (equity and debt). What you will do: support enterprise risk management activities, e.g., risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) reviews, control testing, reporting, etc. support portfolio risk management tasks (e.g., deep dives, rating stress tests, etc.) involvement in risk management initiatives, such as research, screening of external market events, etc What you bring: Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and comprehensible presentation of complex issues proficient in MS Office knowledge of AI and data analysis techniques motivated to learn key concepts of real estate collaborative team player fluent in English, German is a plus Duration: minimum for 6 months / ideally long-term Working Hours: 20 hours/week with possibility to increase the working hours during semester breaks Our highlights for you: Remuneration : In addition to an attractive salary, you can expect a monthly travel allowance of 25,00 € and a daily lunch allowance in our excellent staff restaurants.
