We are looking for an experienced Cluster Release Manager to join a major transformation programme within the private banking sector in Zurich, Switzerland.
The role involves coordinating releases across multiple interconnected value chains, ensuring smooth deployments, managing dependencies, and maintaining high-quality delivery across a complex banking environment.
- Lead end-to-end release planning, coordination, and execution across multiple projects.
- Manage release schedules, dependencies, and deployments across SIT and UAT environments.
- Coordinate with business, technology, testing, and project teams to ensure release readiness.
- Track release progress, risks, issues, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure adherence to release governance, quality gates, and SDLC processes.
- Manage release communications, reporting, and post-release reviews.
- 8+ years of experience in IT delivery within banking or financial services.
- Strong experience in Release Management within Private Banking or Wealth Management .
- Experience coordinating releases across multiple projects and teams.
- Knowledge of SIT, UAT, release planning, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Waterfall/SAFe methodologies.
Good to Have
- Experience with wealth management platforms and private banking products.
- Knowledge of Confluence and ALM tools.
