UDS Diagnostics expert

Pioneer is expanding and is setting up a new R&D center in Wetzlar, Germany to support our car entertainment business.

To strengthen our new engineering team, we are looking for a UDS Diagnostics expert .

Your responsibilities:

– Design and implement diagnostics functionality for Automotive ECUs

– Implementation will happen on AutoSAR diagnostics stack or Pioneer’s own diagnostics software stack based on RTOS

– Implement UDS service handlers and connect to the rest of the software system

– Configure diagnostics subsystem of AutoSAR using 3rd party configuration tools

– Develop test cases and (automatic) tests for Automotive Infotainment ECUs

– Support the software architect on creating interfaces and turning software requirements into design

– Analyze debug logs to resolve issues

Required skills?

– At least 5 years of experience in software development related to UDS diagnostics

– Good knowledge of developing software for AutoSAR-based ECUs

– Excellent knowledge of C and C++

– Excellent knowledge of Vector DIVA and CANOE

– Good knowledge of CMake-based build systems

– Able to work with Confluence, Jira and other DevOps tools

– Good English skills in speaking and writing

– Considered as a big plus:

• Background on using Vector DAVINCI
• Infotainment background
• German language
