Group HR Administration Manager
is responsible for leading and overseeing HR administration across the group, ensuring consistent execution of group HR policies and compliance with regional HR policies and procedures. The role manages HR administrative operations, HR systems, training administration, and manages a team of Regional HR Business Leads to deliver efficient, standardized, and compliant HR services across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and maintain Group HR policies and standards across multiple regions.
Monitor compliance with regional HR policies and employment regulations.
Manage and develop a small team of Regional HR Business Leads.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for senior leadership and C-level positions across the Group, partnering with executive management to identify, attract, and secure top executive talent.
Oversee the Group HR ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate group-wide training administration and compliance learning.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management metrics.
Support HR audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Counsel senior team members about HR-related matters.
Manage the recruitment, selection and placement process for the assigned territory.
Process and approve vacation leave benefits including air ticket and leave salary entitlement.
Oversee office facility and administrative requirements.
Deliver disciplinary action procedures and recommend appropriate corrective measures as per corporate procedures and in accordance with local labor legislation.
Handle performance management issues and ensure due diligence in conducting performance appraisals of permanent and probation employees on the assigned territory.
Manage employee relations concerns.
Receive requests in ERP and monitor timely completion of requests.
Responsible for the smooth and timely delivery of services relating to HR and administrative management.
Responsible for developing new programs and services related to employee management.
Keep policies and procedures updated and relevant to the requirements of the company.
Maintain updated, secure and confidential HR file system as per corporate standards and aligned with local labour legislation.
Authorized to take first level approval for leave applications and air ticket requests.
Authorized to take first level approval for cash reimbursements for medical claims and conveyance expenses for the assigned territory.
Authorized to raise payment requests in ERP for allowances, accommodation expenses, bonuses, etc.
Executes other tasks as might be requested by the management.
Skills / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including HR operations and administration.
Previous leadership experience managing HR teams.
Experience working across multiple countries or regions is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR ERP systems.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Fluent in English, knowledge of other language will be a plus.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if or where needed in manufacturing environments.
Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
