PIPECARE Group is looking for a HR Administration Intern to join our team in Zug, Switzerland.
Industry/sector: Oil & Gas / In Line Inspection services.
HR Administration Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with employee records, HR documentation, onboarding activities, training administration, and HR systems. This internship offers hands‑on experience in HR operations while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and excellent internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration
Assist with preparing employment letters, contracts, and HR documentation.
Maintain and update employee personnel files (electronic and physical).
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and orientation materials.
Assist with employee offboarding documentation and record archiving.
Ensure HR records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
HR Operations Support
Respond to routine employee HR administration inquiries.
Assist with leave, attendance, and other administrative processes.
Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and administrative trackers.
Support payroll preparation by compiling required HR documentation, as assigned.
General Administrative Support
Organize HR files and maintain document confidentiality.
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn HR processes and systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off‑site locations when necessary.
