Overview

PIPECARE Group of Companies – the leading provider of inline inspection services in Oil & Gas – is looking for the

Marketing Intern to join our team in Zug, Switzerland.

This role provides hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the Oil & Gas sector.

You will work with experienced marketing and sales professionals on digital marketing campaigns, technical content development, exhibitions, market research, and customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns targeting the Oil & Gas and energy sectors.
  • Support the preparation of marketing collateral, technical brochures, capability statements, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
  • Create and schedule content for Linked In and other digital marketing platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends, target customers, and new business opportunities.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of international exhibitions, conferences, industry events, and webinars.
  • Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, and mailing lists.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, customer-focused marketing content.
  • Support website content updates and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.
  • Assist the Sales team with proposal templates, promotional materials, and customer presentations.
  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in B2B marketing and the Oil & Gas, energy, or industrial services sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Linked In marketing, email marketing, and digital marketing platforms is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
  • Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
  • Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
  • Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
  • Personal Mobility and

Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
