Job Title: Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects (Solar & Battery Storage)

Location: Flexible (Remote/Hybrid, with options to work from Hamburg)

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the implementation of solar PV and battery storage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and compliance with quality standards.
2. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with engineering teams, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and grid operators, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
3. Monitor Progress: Track project milestones, manage schedules, and ensure projects stay on track while meeting all technical, regulatory, and client requirements.
4. Drive Efficiency: Manage project budgets, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges to ensure cost and schedule efficiency.
5. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external contractors, ensuring alignment and smooth project flow.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluency in German: Native or near-native proficiency (C2) to effectively communicate with local stakeholders.
2. Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of renewable energy infrastructure, particularly solar PV, battery storage, and energy infrastructure projects.
3. Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing complex projects in a technical or infrastructure-related field.
4. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners across multiple countries.
5. Motivated and Results-Oriented: A driven, proactive individual with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
