PPA Sales Manager – Solar | Germany | Remote with Travel

As part of this growth, we're searching for a strategic and results-driven PPA Sales Manager to lead the monetization of their solar projects through long-term commercial agreements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lean, agile, and ambitious team that’s accelerating the energy transition through impactful solar developments.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and executing monetization strategies tailored to each solar project
- Securing long-term tariffs through national tenders and EEG feed-in mechanisms
- Originating and closing corporate PPAs across Germany
- Unlocking additional value through hedging, environmental certificates, and new revenue streams
- Leading contract negotiations to meet commercial targets on volume, timing, and profitability
- Ensuring commercial delivery right through to project handover
What we're looking for:
- A degree in a technical or commercial discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in the German electricity market, ideally within renewable energy
- Strong track record of originating and negotiating PPAs
- In-depth understanding of the German EEG framework and regulatory landscape
- Native-level German and fluent English
- A self-starter with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel across Germany
