Development Team Lead – Onshore Wind, and PV

Piper Maddox are currently recruiting for a Development Team Lead in the Onshore Wind, and PV space. This company is at the forefront of aiming to develop a 7GW of generation capacity by 2023, with multiple projects already in progress or operational.

Your Role

As Team Lead Development , you will:

• Lead a team of PV and wind project managers and developers.
• Support project managers in planning and permitting processes up to construction.
• Manage your own PV and wind projects through development and permitting phases.
• Oversee relevant studies and assessments.
• Develop and monitor timelines, project budgets, and risk evaluations.
• Report directly to the Head of Development.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including permitting authorities, landowners, municipalities, regional planners, suppliers, and customers.
