- Innovating and optimizing electrode materials for better battery performance

- Creating technical reports, patents, and meeting customer needs efficiently
Your Background
- PhD in materials science, chemical engineering, or related field, specializing in lithium-ion battery electrodes
- 3+ years of industrial experience in battery electrode development preferred
- Expertise in electrode formulation, optimization, battery materials, and electrochemistry
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Team player with interdisciplinary collaboration experience
- Familiarity with battery test equipment and industry standards
