Job Title : Senior Procurement Manager (BOP Focus)

Location : Flexible (North or South Germany)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior-level Project Procurement Manager to oversee operational and strategic procurement activities with a specific focus on the Balance of Plant (BOP). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, lead tenders, and contribute to the European procurement strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Lead tender processes, secure offers, and manage internal coordination for procurement activities
• Conduct negotiations and ensure alignment with project goals
• Play a key role in the development and execution of European procurement strategy
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure procurement objectives are met
• Oversee the implementation and management of procurement contracts throughout the project lifecycle

Profile :

• Strong commercial acumen and procurement experience, ideally with OEM-side experience
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level proficiency)
• Proven ability to hit the ground running and provide leadership in a dynamic environment
• Solid experience in strategic procurement, especially in the renewable energy or energy sectors
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Team :

You will be joining a small but highly efficient procurement team, reporting to the Head of Procurement.
