Team Lead Technical Asset Management (Onshore Wind)

With a strong track record in modernizing and expanding onshore wind farms, they continue to build and optimise a substantial portfolio across the country. Through repowering and continuous innovation, they enhance the efficiency of existing wind assets and actively contribute to the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Asset Management Team
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements within the fleet management strategy
• Guarantee maximum fleet availability across all assets
• Optimize and harmonize portfolio reporting processes
• Manage and coordinate task delegation to external service providers
• Support the standardisation and harmonisation of third‑party service contracts
• Improve fleet‑wide transparency through effective condition monitoring
• Drive digitalisation initiatives within asset management
• Reduce delays in collecting and analysing key portfolio metrics (e.g. production, availability)
• Coordinate the onboarding of new wind farms – both for acquisitions and repowering projects

Qualifications / Profile

• Degree in renewable energies, engineering, technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in onshore wind energy and asset management
• Proven leadership experience (mandatory)
• Initial experience in building technical asset structures
• Strong enthusiasm for renewable energy and a clear commitment to the energy transition
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident presence when interacting with service providers, management and authorities
• A structured, solution‑oriented, and independent way of working
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach in a dynamic environment
• Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
