Service Technician

Your tasks:

With your colleagues, you are our specialist for AC and DC charging stations from leading manufacturers.

• Maintenance work, troubleshooting, commissioning and repairs to fast charging stations and AC charging stations in various areas.
• Configuration and monitoring of fast charging stations via the corresponding backend systems.
• Conversion of existing charging stations to new standards and calibration of the charging stations.
• Debug together with our specialists and the manufacturer support.
• Maintaining a corresponding service area.

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician / electrician / mechatronics technician or comparable training.
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering/electronics and confident handling of PC technology.
• Class B driver's license to drive a service vehicle.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance and customer service is desirable.
• High service orientation and willingness to travel (daily journey home possible), occasional overnight stays not excluded.
• Independent, safety and customer oriented way of working.
• Willingness to provide emergency services at regular intervals.
• Technical understanding and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks and topics.
• Resilient and adaptable.
• Strong communication skills when dealing with customers.
• Good and secure knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
