Who are we?
Piscines Concept Services SA, based in Gland, specialises in the design, construction and maintenance of swimming pools as well as WELLNESS installations (spa, sauna and hammam). To support the development of our activities, we are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-oriented commercial employee to join our team.
Your responsibilities
- Telephone reception and management of customer emails - Order follow-up - Administrative follow-up of customer files - Preparation and sending of commercial offers and quotes - Invoicing and payment follow-up - Coordination with technical and sales teams - Organisation of appointments and diary management - General administrative support to management
Your profile
- Training as a commercial employee or equivalent experience - Experience in an administrative or commercial position - Very good organisation and priority management - Excellent customer service skills and good interpersonal skills - Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Interest in the swimming pool, wellness or construction sector - Fluent French; English and/or Italian: an asset
