Project Coordinator Intern

We are adding a Project Coordinator Intern to help us manage a new project for a renewable energy firm based in Germany. They have a lot of moving parts in their Hamburg operations that need better digital organization, and our team is building the database tools to make that happen. In this role, you will help us stay on schedule and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks as we move their data from messy spreadsheets into a structured system.

The Role
As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will be in the middle of our development process. You will spend your time helping the team stay organized while we work on the renewable energy platform. This means attending weekly client demos, taking clear notes on what needs to change, and updating our task lists so the developers know exactly what to do next. You will also help with basic documentation, like writing short guides or recording walkthrough videos to show the client how to use their new tools. Because we are a fully remote company, you will rely heavily on written communication to keep everyone on the same page. This is a full-time, paid position, and the compensation is competitive for an internship in this field.

What you will be doing

• Participating in project meetings and keeping track of technical requirements.
• Organizing tasks in our project management tools to make sure developers have clear instructions.
• Helping to draft simple documentation for the admin panels and databases we build.
• Checking in with the team to see if there are blockers or missing information from the client.
• Assisting with the handover process by organizing walkthrough videos and final code files.
• Learning how a small, senior software agency operates from the inside.
• Helping to maintain the project schedule so we meet our weekly demo goals.

• Ability to follow through on small details that others might miss.

Helpful background
