Your tasks
Develop a digital vision for innovative projects in collaboration with customers.
Create accurate offers based on the developed vision.
Define and implement digital projects with a high proportion of hands‑on work.
Ensure the technical and content‑related success of the project in close cooperation with clients and the project team.
Keep an eye on budget, time and scope throughout the project and serve as the main point of contact for the project team and clients.
Responsible for the successful project launch process (customer acceptance, project marketing, success reporting, etc.).
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Assist in the new business field by actively identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and preparing proposals and presentations.
Offer In addition to great benefits, we offer an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) based on a full‑time position. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project and account management, preferably with agency experience.
Sound understanding of project management methods, software applications, time and resource management, and budget control.
In‑depth technology know‑how and interdisciplinary tool knowledge (especially store systems, PIM systems and digital marketing tools).
Confident presentation skills and sound knowledge of customer consulting.
Structured working style, analytical mindset and assertiveness.
Self‑motivated to lead challenging projects and topics, driving them forward with clear positioning as a central point of contact for relevant issues.
Confident in a leadership role, active communication and targeted gathering of input to shape proposed solutions and ideas.
Broad overview, holistic thinking, ongoing generation of unique ideas, understanding of business context and the business environment for a comprehensive and strategic approach.

German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required.
