IT Hardware Specialist

We are seeking an IT Hardware Specialist on a contract basis to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for employees. This role ensures smooth and efficient transitions for new hires and departing staff, while maintaining high standards of technical support. The position involves close collaboration with HR, Hiring Managers, and IT teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.Skills:-Minimum 2-4+ years' experience supporting users in Microsoft environments.Manage end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and IT teams to ensure smooth transitions.Provide "white glove" IT support to new hires and departing staff.Prepare, deploy, collect, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Support account setup, MFA, password resets, and access to applications and network resources.Troubleshoot and maintain PC hardware (Dell, Lenovo, HP, etc.) and office technology (printers, meeting room devices).Apply operating system updates, patches, and endpoint security measures.Work with MDM and inventory tools (e.g., Intune/Endpoint Manager) to configure and secure devices.Assist in procurement, asset management, and lifecycle of IT hardware.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regional IT policies.Recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency.Participate in IT team meetings and contribute to IT projects.Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and customer support roles.Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Associate) or equivalent experience preferred.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: Up to 352,25€ per dayWork Location: In person
