Your tasks / your field of activity:
- Organization and coordination of the project team and other project participants
- Preparation and processing of tenders, contract awards and contracts
- Planning, control and tracking of project costs
- Creation and coordination of project and execution plans in building construction
- Development of technical specifications and coordination with the relevant departments
- Independent assumption of overall site management or specialist site management
- Determining the specifications for occupational safety and monitoring compliance on the construction site
Your profile:
- 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the field of pharmaceutical and infrastructure buildings
- Familiar with the applicable building regulations in the canton of Valais
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
- Independent, precise and accurate work
- Customer orientation, flexibility regarding travel activities / working at the customer's premises
