Your profile.
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in B2B sales management in automotive environment.
- Understanding of the wire harness products and market is a strong plus.
- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional collaboration.
