Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for the new beauty salon, including branding and market positioning. Oversee all operational aspects of the salon, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of skilled beauty professionals (e.g., stylists, estheticians, nail technicians). Implement and manage marketing strategies to attract and retain a strong client base. Maintain stringent hygiene and safety standards throughout the salon premises. Manage financial operations, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and inventory control. Requirements
Extensive experience in salon management or ownership, demonstrating a strong track record of success. Proven expertise in at least one core beauty service area (e.g., hair styling, esthetics, nail technology). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of business management, marketing, and financial principles within the beauty industry. A creative vision and the ability to develop and maintain a distinct salon brand identity.
