About the Role
Our client, a dynamic international construction group, is seeking an accomplished and results-driven Remote Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of diverse global projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of international construction projects remotely. Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules. Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and supplier management globally. Ensure strict adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate and communicate with remote project teams, stakeholders, and clients across different time zones. Monitor project progress using digital tools and provide regular, detailed reports. Manage project finances, including cost control and forecasting. Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale international projects. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of international construction practices, regulations, and contract types. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore) and collaboration tools. Excellent remote communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive performance virtually. Ability to manage complex budgets and schedules across multiple international locations.
