Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for all key raw material categories. Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, ensuring supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor global commodity markets, identify trends, and forecast potential impacts on pricing and availability. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers. Ensure the consistent quality and timely delivery of raw materials to meet production schedules. Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for potential disruptions. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Operations, Quality Control, and R&D teams to align procurement with business needs. Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong focus on raw materials in the food manufacturing or related industry. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management for commodities. Deep understanding of global commodity markets and risk management strategies. Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in data analysis. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
