Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing annual farming plans, including crop rotation, planting schedules, and resource allocation.
Overseeing all aspects of crop production, including land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest, and disease control.
Managing and supervising farm staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with labor laws.
Monitoring crop performance, yields, and quality, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Managing farm equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and efficient utilization.
Controlling farm budgets, managing expenses, and optimizing profitability.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Farm Management, or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and diverse operational tasks.
