Junior HVAC Project Manager or Experienced Building Services HVAC Designer (80-100%) (M/F)*
You will be integrated within the "building services" sector, a team specialised in the planning of heating / ventilation / air conditioning – cooling / sanitary and electrical installations.
Your responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for liaising with architects and contractors in the context of new build or refurbishment projects. Additionally, you will contribute through your knowledge and experience of the tertiary and industrial sectors to the development of HVAC skills within the branch and more broadly within Planair; - You will participate in the design and implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient installations. You will carry out hydraulic and aerodynamic sizing, reports and calculation notes. You will design plans and diagrams from the preliminary project phase to execution. - Within the group, you will contribute to the improvement and development of services in the field of HVAC installations, particularly heating;
Your profile:
- Qualification as a building services designer (CFC), ES technician or equivalent training in the field of Climate Engineering – HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning); - At least five (5) years of experience in HVAC installation design, from study phases to acceptance phases including work supervision; - In-depth knowledge of current applicable standards in these fields; - Solid experience in heat production, particularly in heat pumps and wood heating; - Ability to develop projects in collaboration with our "building automation" group; - Ease in drafting offers, specifications, tenders and comprehensive reports; - Mastery of the rules for implementation and assembly of HVAC installations; - Knowledge of energy law and government subsidies; - Knowledge of energy management and energy-saving techniques; - Proficiency in AutoCAD, very good knowledge of Revit software is a plus; - Proficiency in common office tools (MS Office); - Analytical and decision-making skills facilitating autonomy in managing assignments; - Experience in managing and supervising HVAC contractors' work; - Ability to integrate a multidisciplinary team to manage and coordinate HVACSE projects independently in HVAC with support from electrical and sanitary specialists; - Rigorous, organised and a good communicator, with the ability to work in a team; - Native French speaker. German and/or English are a plus.
