To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager ready to lead challenging projects and help shape the future of renewable energy.
Your Tasks
- Managing projects from handover through execution to successful completion
- Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and according to contractual requirements
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating subcontractors
- Managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts and project profitability
- Building long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Supporting commercial discussions, change management and contract administration
- Preparing management reports and communicating project performance
- Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the development of project management standards
- Ensuring full compliance with SPIE policies and HSEQ requirements
- Visiting project sites to support teams and maintain close cooperation with customers
Your Profile
- Experience managing construction, industrial or renewable energy projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset and confident decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
- Passion for renewable energy and continuous improvement
