As a Process Engineer you work hands‑on in the lab to evaluate the technical feasibility of innovative product ideas in the food tech sector, develop early‑stage process concepts and generate lab‑scale data to lay the foundation for scalable, industry‑ready technologies.

• You will design and conduct experiments to identify key process parameters and uncover improvement opportunities
• Explore and evaluate new technologies, machinery, and methods to optimize our production line
• Support early‑stage product ideas with technical assessments and feasibility studies
• Develop initial process concepts, including material and parameter studies, to set the stage for scale‑up
• Collaborate closely with our flavour and product development teams to ensure smooth transitions from lab to large‑scale production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, and cost to enhance overall performance

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• A hands‑on, self‑driven mindset with a strong technical affinity for lab and processing equipment
• At least 5 years of experience in food processing or product development, in a lab or pilot‑scale environment
• Completed vocational training or a qualification in food technology, process engineering, food chemistry, or a related scientific or engineering discipline
• A precise, organized, and curious approach, paired with a sharp eye for detail and continuous improvement
• A systematic problem‑solving mindset, with experience in root cause analysis and issue resolution
• With a proactive attitude, you thrive working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
