We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and expand our market presence within a defined territory or segment. Key Responsibilities
Expand and secure market position within the designated sales territory. Acquire new customers and develop new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Conduct contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle. Plan and deliver product presentations to prospects. Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams. Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities. Participate in industry events and trade fairs to promote Planet solutions. Ensure accurate CRM updates and timely reporting of pipeline and forecasts. Who You Are
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within hospitality technology (PMS and Payments). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
