This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead clinical development strategy across the full lifecycle—from early studies through post‑approval—while working closely with global stakeholders and regulators to shape innovative therapies.
Nephrology / Neurology / Rheumatology Responsibilities Lead and execute global medical and clinical development strategy for nephrology programs Drive study design and endpoint strategy across Phase I–III and post‑marketing activities Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned, impactful development plans Engage with global regulatory authorities to support successful submissions and approvals Provide strategic input across multiple programs, influencing key decisions and direction Collaborate across regions to ensure consistency in scientific messaging and execution
Requirements MD / Physician with specialisation in Nephrology / Neurology / Rheumatology (PhD a plus) ~10+ years of experience in clinical development within pharma/biotech Strong experience in global regulatory interactions and approvals Proven track record in study design, endpoint strategy, and lifecycle development Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment Excellent communication and leadership skills in a fast‑paced setting
