Human Resources Payroll Consultant

Are you passionate about payroll and HR processes? Join our team as an HR Payroll Specialist , where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth payroll operations while supporting employees and management with your expertise in tax, social security, and labor law.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process payroll while ensuring compliance with tax, social security, and labor laws.
• Maintain and process personnel and time data in SAP R/3 HR .
• Serve as a point of contact for managers, employees, health insurance providers, and authorities regarding payroll-related matters.
• Prepare reports, certificates, and other necessary documentation while keeping personnel records up to date.
• Collaborate with external service providers and continuously improve HR processes.
• Support HR projects and general administrative HR tasks.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with additional certification as an HR specialist.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll accounting .
• Proficiency in payroll software and SAP R/3 HR .
• Strong knowledge of German tax, social security, and labor law .
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
