My client is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support healthcare professionals across Switzerland, helping to deliver clinical education, procedural support, and training within the interventional cardiology space. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cath Lab Nurse who is looking to move into industry, or an established clinical specialist seeking a highly autonomous, field-based position. Working closely with physicians, nurses, and catheterisation laboratory teams, you will play a key role in supporting advanced interventional procedures and driving best clinical practice across the region. Key Responsibilities Deliver clinical and procedural training programmes to healthcare professionals. Support live cases, physician proctorships, workshops, and educational events. Provide hands-on clinical support within cardiac catheterisation laboratory environments. Assist healthcare professionals with product implementation and adoption. Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and key clinical stakeholders. Deliver educational programmes in line with regulatory and compliance requirements. Support internal training initiatives for commercial and cross-functional teams. Attend congresses, workshops, and scientific meetings across the region. Provide clinical troubleshooting and field-based support where required. Maintain accurate records and reporting of training and educational activities. About You Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical qualification. 5+ years' experience as a Cath Lab Nurse. Strong experience within interventional cardiology and cardiac catheterisation laboratories. Experience supporting PCI procedures. Comfortable delivering training, education, and presentations to healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised and able to work independently. Fluent in Swiss German and English. Full driving licence. Based in Switzerland Swiss German is essential and will be assessed during the interview process. This is a highly autonomous role, requiring someone comfortable working independently in the field. Travel across Switzerland will form a significant part of the position, with occasional travel to Austria. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% of working time) is required. Why Apply?
