Senior Director, Clinical Operations Development
Role: Permanent / Full time

Location: Remote (in Belgium and Switzerland)
Planet Pharma has collaborated with a Global Pioneering Biotech headquartered in Europe. Our clients are currently seeking an experienced Director/Program Lead, to support and lead their clinical operations development activities from first in human studies through authorisation and commercialisation.
The role will include responsibilities such as:
- Responsible for setting the strategy, planning, leading and executing the operational activities for several assets from First-In-Human studies through Commercialisation.
- Line Management of Clinical Operation Leaders and Study managers.
- Ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards outlined in the applicable Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Providing strategic input and takes accountability for all clinical aspects within the assigned therapeutic indication/program.
Main Requirements:
- Previous/ Current experience working with MDs and Scientific teams to design the global strategy for Clinical development Plans (CDPs).
- Designed strategy and led programs across USA, EMEA, LATAM, and JAPAC.
- Clear examples of promotion at previous employers and long tenure.
