Senior Director, Clinical Project Leadership

Planet Pharma is working alongside a Global Biotech seeking a Senior Director to join and lead their team in clinical operations and development. This company has grown by 75% in recent years, seen their share price grow by 461% in five years, and received FDA approval for several groundbreaking products.
They are true innovators supporting patients within varying therapeutic areas, mostly focusing on rare and debilitating neurological diseases. They have just had multiple new indications approved!
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience with line management (5 years recent)
- 10+ years of experience with Clinical Development Plans (CDP) & Target Product Profiles (TPP)
- Experience following programs from Phase I-III and through commercialization
- Extensive experience with IND and other global submissions
- Extensive experience with clinical global strategy
My client is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead (equivalent to Director/Senior Director in most other businesses). This person will oversee the full cross-functional strategy for the clinical asset, line managing team members and managing outsourced teams of experts. Working closely with the Medical Director from protocol design through to delivery, this is a highly strategic role, perfect for problem solvers and those that want to be visible and creative. You will shape the clinical development plan and the TPP managing through to commercialization.
