We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining and growing our relationships with key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

In this role, you will work at a strategic level with our key accounts, leveraging your expertise to strengthen relationships and drive long-term success. With a deep understanding of complex organisational structures and market dynamics, you will play a critical role in positioning our company as a trusted partner for our customers. Next to that you will focus on spotting market trends, identifying and generating new business opportunities and build a strong network within the European commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the DACH region and ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction;
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to strengthen relationships and achieve revenue targets;
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and pursue new business development initiatives;
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, product presentations, and demonstrations to prospective and current clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions and address client requirements effectively;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, generate leads, and stay ahead of industry developments;
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
