Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the global Supply Chain Engineering organization, fostering high-performance teams and future leaders
- Manage and inspire international design and technical support teams, ensuring alignment across regions and sites
- Drive global programs and projects focused on the standardization and continuous improvement of CAD, CAM, and PLM tools within the Plansee HPM engineering network
- Champion digitalization and automation, accelerating the adoption of modern engineering tools and PLM-enabled workflows
- Establish and sustain effective knowledge management, ensuring systematic sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and engineering standards worldwide
Qualification
- Master’s degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline and 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering
- Experience in leading a team and handling projects in a multinational environment, combined with a proven track record in project and program management
- Knowledge in working with SAP and Siemens NX or other CAD/ CAM solutions
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities, paired with a hands‑on mindset
- Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate confidently across cultures and organizational levels; German skills are a plus
