Strategy & Financing Associate

Your Mission :

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive 4-year strategic plan, translating it into compelling narratives for internal and external stakeholders, including pitch decks and strategy documents.
2. Create detailed financial projections, offering varied scenarios to inform decision-making and long-term planning.
3. Support Investor Relations and financing processes, preparing monthly and quarterly investor reports while maintaining a clean and organized documentation & data room.
4. Track and monitor KPIs, providing management with regular updates on the status of initiatives and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
5. Prepare townhalls, leadership, principal group, and board meetings, including agenda definition, meeting preparation and tracking of follow-up tasks.
6. Gather available data to derive actionable market insights, maintain market sizing model, and competitor monitoring.

You :

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
2. Have 2-3 years of experience in M&A, Private Equity or Venture Capital.
3. Are highly skilled in financial modeling and have advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with Power BI is a plus.
4. Have demonstrated a track record of exceptional performance, whether in sports, your professional career or other demanding circumstances.
5. Are results-driven with strong execution skills in fast-paced environments.
6. Focus on details and follow through, ensuring goals are met.
7. Speak and write English fluently; German is a plus.
