In this role you will ensure compliance across Planted’s product portfolio by aligning with national and international food law, declaration data, and product specifications. You will drive approvals for packaging data, manage article data from raw materials to finished goods, and safeguard quality and food safety through supplier qualification and audits. You will support Sales with regulatory clarity, handle certifications such as the V-Label, and act as Food Fraud Officer to protect the supply chain. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Implement national and international food law requirements across the product portfolio
- Create and maintain declaration data and product specifications
- Approve printing data for packaging material and labels
- Manage article data from raw materials to finished goods
- Approve raw materials and packaging materials ensuring upfront compliance
- Qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, safeguard quality and food safety
- Support Sales with customer requests, requirements and contracts ensuring compliance
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding food law topics
- Manage product-specific certifications such as the V-Label
- Act as Food Fraud Officer within Planted to ensure supply chain vigilance
- Collaborate across the organization with a structured, hands-on approach
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or comparable discipline
- 3-6 years in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairs
- Experience in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handling
- Fluency in English; German preferred; knowledge of other languages a plus
- Precise, collaborative, and independent working style
- Structured, hands-on, future-oriented mindset with willingness for daily and ad-hoc support
