Truly better than meat from animals. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liYou drive and execute the procurement strategy for Indirect Procurement and CAPEX, creating sustainable commercial value across the organisation. /li liYou lead strategic sourcing and complex commercial negotiations across indirect spend categories, driving cost optimisation, supplier consolidation and strong commercial standards. /li liYou lead the commercial side of CAPEX investments, from tendering and supplier or contractor selection to negotiation and contracting, in close collaboration with Engineering and Operations. /li liYou apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles to CAPEX decisions, considering acquisition, installation, commissioning, maintenance, service, energy consumption and lifecycle costs. /li liYou drive Procurement Excellence Governance by continuously improving our Procure-to-Pay framework, procurement policies, contract management, Purchasing Terms Conditions, supplier governance and ERP master data. /li liYou optimise and automate procurement processes while increasing spend transparency across indirect and CAPEX categories. /li liYou partner with stakeholders across Planted and represent Procurement in cross-functional projects related to indirect spend and CAPEX investments. /li /ul h3You /h3 ul liHold a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field, or bring an equivalent vocational qualification combined with relevant professional experience. /li liBring 3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing, ideally within the food beverage and/or packaging industry. /li liDemonstrate proven experience in strategic sourcing and complex commercial negotiations across indirect spend categories. /li liBring experience in CAPEX procurement, construction, production equipment or industrial investment projects as a strong plus. /liliApply a strong commercial and TCO mindset to sourcing and investment decisions. /li liCombine strong analytical skills with a structured, numbers‑driven approach and confidently build business cases, commercial comparisons, KPIs and reports. /li liDemonstrate strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge requirements and collaborate effectively with Engineering, Operations and external technical experts. /li liBring advanced MS Office skills and hands‑on experience with ERP systems; Business Central is a plus. /li liCommunicate fluently in German and English; any additional language is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
