Your Mission
- You implement national and international food law requirements across our product portfolio
- You take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of declaration data and product specifications
- You support the approval of printing data for packaging material and labels
- You manage article data from raw materials to finished goods
- You approve raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring compliance from the start
- You qualify suppliers, conduct audits, manage co-manufacturers, and safeguard quality and food safety standards
- You support Sales with customer requests, requirements and contracts, ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction
- You respond to internal and external inquiries regarding food law topics
- You manage product-specific certifications such as the V-Label
- You act as the Food Fraud Officer within Planted, ensuring vigilance across our supply chain
You
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or a comparable discipline
- Bring 1-4 years of experience in the food industry, ideally in quality management and/or regulatory affairs
- Offer proven expertise in article data management, declaration creation, and specification handling
- Communicate fluently in English, German on top would be great; knowledge of other languages (e.g. French, Italian) is a plus
- Work precisely, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in independent roles
- Bring a structured, hands-on and future-oriented mindset with an enthusiasm for daily and ad-hoc support across the organization.
- Demonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
