Business Process Consultant (ServiceNow IRM)

Overview

Plat4mation Switzerland is hiring a Business Process Consultant with strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM to join our dynamic team in Winterthur or Lausanne , with flexible home-office possibilities.

What will you do?

Plat4mation Switzerland is expanding its IRM (Integrated Risk Management) capabilities to help organizations become more resilient and compliant in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. As ServiceNow IRM continues to evolve as a strategic platform for risk and compliance, we are looking for a Business Process Consultant – IRM who can guide our clients through their IRM journey and implement solutions based on best practices.

Scope of work

• As a Business Process Consultant – IRM , you will start by facilitating workshops to understand the client’s current risk, compliance, and audit landscape.
• You translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories that align with ServiceNow IRM capabilities.
• You guide customers in aligning their risk and compliance processes with ServiceNow IRM best practices, ensuring both strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
• You act as the primary point of contact for all IRM-related topics, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• You support change management efforts and help align internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of IRM solutions.
• You deliver presentations and demos of ServiceNow IRM modules (e.g., Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk), and help identify gaps between customer processes and platform capabilities.
• You help define IRM governance structures and implement supporting workflows and dashboards to ensure data quality and process transparency.
• You may also work with related frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR, and leverage additional ServiceNow modules like SecOps or BCM where relevant.

What we ask of you

• Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their risk, compliance, and audit processes
• Translate requirements into detailed and actionable user stories
• Guide customers in aligning their processes with ServiceNow IRM best practices
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the technical team
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment during IRM implementations
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers at all levels

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IRM or in relevant risk & compliance domains
• Solid understanding of applications like Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Vendor Risk
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and user story creation
• Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM (required)
• Fluent in English (professional level) and native-level German or French
• Experience with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR is a plus
• Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules is an advantage (e.g., SecOps, BCM, ITSM)
