What are we looking for?
- Degree in Energy Engineering, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Infrastructure Planning or a related discipline
- Extensive experience delivering energy infrastructure projects
- Strong technical background in district heating / local heating networks, energy centres and heat transition technologies
- Strong understanding of the German planning and approvals environment, including HOAI
- Proven experience leading complex projects and winning new business
- An established network across energy suppliers, Stadtwerke, municipalities or other German energy market stakeholders would be highly advantageous
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good German and good English
