-Design at least two mechanical disciplines (HVAC, piping, etc.) in line with DIN 276 (KG 410, 420, 430, 470) across project phases LP2–LP7 (HOAI)
-Carry out technical calculations including heating & cooling loads, duct and pipe sizing, and pressure loss analysis
-Prepare and validate project cost estimates
-Support the creation of tender documentation and specifications
-Present design concepts and results internally and to external stakeholders through meetings, reports, and presentations
-Prepare bills of quantities (LP6) using ORCA software
-Act as a key point of contact for clients, working closely with architects and project stakeholders
-Coordinate technical planning activities across multidisciplinary teams
-Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development
-Be present in the Berlin office at least 3 days per week
Your Profile
-Degree or qualification in Building Services Engineering (Dipl. Ing., Bachelor, Master, Technician, or equivalent)
-Several years of experience within a design consultancy environment
-Strong knowledge of German standards and multidisciplinary planning processes
-Proficiency in tools such as Revit, MagiCAD, ORCA (additional tools like Simaris, Caneco, Linear are a plus)
-Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
-Ability to take ownership and manage responsibility effectively
-Experience working within ambitious, fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams
-Strong communication skills in German
