Your mission
As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and procedural development of our HubSpot platform. You will ensure that we always have a complete overview of our marketing and sales funnels – through transparency in revenue processes, a reliable CRM setup and traceable attribution frameworks. In doing so, you will ensure that marketing, sales and customer success teams work together smoothly and have access to reliable data and processes at all times.
What you will be doing:
- CRM administration and system management
- Administration and configuration of Hubspot (lead sources, lifecycle stages, contact and deal attribution, pipelines, properties, deal stages, workflows)
- User and rights management
- Ensuring data quality and hygiene (deduplication, list maintenance)
- Integration and maintenance of relevant tools (Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism)
- Ensuring smooth data transfers
- Sales-, Marketing-, & Account Management Enablement
- Review and optimise existing sales, marketing and account management processes
- Technical provision and maintenance of playbooks, sequences and templates
- Set up and continuously monitor source attribution and lifecycle models
- Provision of documentation
- Reporting & Business Operations
- Report creation & KPI monitoring
- Support for sales, marketing & account management
- Change & Project management
- Requirements gathering, prioritisation, release planning & stakeholder management
Your profile
-
You have 2 years or more experience as a CRM or RevOps administrator, ideally with HubSpot

You already have sales or account management experience (B2B SaaS is an advantage)

You are experienced in working with integrations of common tools (e.g. Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism)

You have strong communication skills and the ability to break down complex processes and requirements

You are business fluent in German and English
Ideally, you also have…
