About The Role
Weâre looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Giants team managing the UKI region. Youâll work closely with high-value \“Giants\“ customers, ensuring their growth and success with Pleo, and be part of the Customer Success team as we scale our portfolio. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making an impactâdriving customer retention, expansion, and success in the UKI marketâthis is the role for you!
Location
This role is based in our Lisbon office, with occasional travel to the UK.
Responsibilities
- Own the Adoption and nurture phaseâfocus on ensuring our biggest UKI customers thrive post-onboarding.
- Create an âEnterprise-like Experienceââbe the strategic partner our customers rely on.
- Customer Retentionâkeep our Giants customers engaged and growing in a competitive UKI market.
- Lead by exampleâdemonstrate leadership through actions, inspire others, and push the team forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketingâteamwork makes the dream work.
- Help shape the future of Customer Experience at Pleoâbring innovative ideas and best practices.

Team & Reporting
Report to Chloe, Manager of Customer Success, and collaborate with sales and product teams. Our team of 3 Customer Managers responsible for the Giants segment is highly collaborative, dedicated to customer retention, and partners across departments to ensure success.
