Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of external PR agencies in Germany and Austria.
• Planning and organization of trade fairs, events, and potentially press conferences.
• Researching potential events for the Pluxee brand and sales-oriented activities.
• Project management for PR and event activities, including financial control.
• Ensuring a professional public image of the company.
• Support in C-level branding: monitoring compliance with all guidelines.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis with a focus on external image and activities.
• Sensitivity to HR topics and the ability to present them authentically on LinkedIn.
• LinkedIn native: creating and managing content on LinkedIn.
• Direct reporting line to the Head of Brand, PR, Marketing Communication.

Your Profile:

• Strong media knowledge: excellent understanding of current communication channels, media landscapes, and trends (e.g., podcasts, social media, traditional media).
• A completed degree in marketing, PR, or communication (university or university of applied sciences).
• Innovative mindset and passion for new work concepts.
• At least 5 years of experience in PR, communication, event, or project management, ideally in collaboration with PR agencies (DE & AT).
• Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external).
• Communicative, open personality with exceptional communication skills in both German and English.
• High level of initiative, commitment, and strategic thinking.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to harmonize diverse stakeholder inputs.
• Experience working across various departments and managing external service providers.
• Willingness to travel, especially between locations in Germany and Austria as well as for events and trade fairs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Initial experience with AI tools.
• Resilience and stress tolerance, especially during intensive event phases.
