Management of accounting processes; monitoring of daily accounting activities, including general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, provisions, delimitations, and preparation of financial statements. Ensuring that accounting processes are carried out correctly, consistently, and within group-wide and local deadlines. Coordination of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement processes, including the timely completion of entries, reconciliations, and reviews. Review of complex entries, reconciliations, and account analyses. Financial reporting, compliance, and controls:
Preparation of group financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards Group policies and local legal requirements. Monitoring compliance with internal financial policies, accounting procedures, approval rules, and internal control requirements. Ensuring proper documentation of accounting activities, closing documents, reconciliations, discretionary decisions, and report submissions. Supporting internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, analyses, explanations, and follow-up activities. Monitoring audit findings, control issues, and corrective actions within the accounting field. Team leadership and skills development:
Leading, coordinating, and coaching a team of accountants; ensuring clear priorities, high-quality results, and timely delivery. Consulting on accounting issues, closing activities, and reconciliation matters Documentation standards and control requirements. Promoting a high-performance culture. Supporting development needs and promoting accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team. Ensuring an appropriate division of labor and representation arrangements to support business continuity during closing phases, audits, absences, or peak workloads. Cross-functional collaboration:
Close cooperation with, among others, financial management, controlling, and operations to ensure accurate and coordinated financial data. Coordination of accounting contributions for tax reports, liquidity-related analyses, management reporting, consolidation, and business reviews. Functioning as the operational contact person for accounting issues with finance stakeholders Auditors and relevant business teams. Support for financial projects, system changes, process improvements and reporting optimizations with an impact on accounting processes. Your next challenge:

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Work Experience Requirements:
7+ years of accounting experience. 2+ years of management experience. Knowledge & Certifications: Sound knowledge of IFRS and UGB.ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft BC, Navision or similar). Excellent Excel and Microsoft 365 skills. Languages: Your German skills are at C2 level and your English skills are at least at B2 level. Languages:
