Overview
We now wish to recruit a self-starter BIM Engineer / Model Manager to join an important High Tech Industrial Project in the Frankfurt Region. This is a site based role, in South Frankfurt, initially for 6 Months, with a possibility to extend.
The successful candidate will have: Fluent German & English, be familiar with „Inventor“ software and have strong experience in the process industry (Pharma/ Chemical/ Food etc).

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plan. BIM Project set-up and support/admin for multi discipline projects across multiple application platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks etc.) across multiple offices.
- BIM integration/interoperability with all internal BIM software.
- BIM integration/interoperability with external vendors and Design Partners.
- Communicate across multiple discipline teams.
- Co-ordinate the activities of other project leads and modellers/detailers to maintain coordinated design approach and clash avoidance.
- Attend weekly modelling meeting to review model progress or issues.
- Set up and run NavisWorks clash tests and reporting.
- Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures.
- Single point of contact for BIM support on projects involving numerous BIM software.
Qualifications
- Administration and Setup of Revit Models essential.
- Excellent time management skills essential.
- At least 5 years’ experience in AutoCAD, Revit and NavisWorks essential.
- Fluent German & English.
- Be familiar with „Inventor“ software.
- Have strong experience in the process industry (Pharma/ Chemical/ Food etc).
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to manage your time successfully, maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Be a self-starter who pursues continued professional development in BIM software and processes.
