Specialist Charging Testing

Test Planning: Create comprehensive charging test plans by working closely with CEOs and stakeholders from various countries. Identify key Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and focus areas to ensure complete coverage of all test conditions and scenarios.

Test Execution: Perform charging tests under real-world conditions using advanced data acquisition tools (e.g., CANoe, oscilloscopes). Document test data and outcomes, delivering critical insights for the project.

Problem Analysis: Investigate and identify root causes of issues observed during testing. Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and local market teams to ensure thorough analysis and resolution.

Problem Resolution: Work with team members to develop and apply effective solutions, enhancing the reliability and stability of the charging systems (covering both 800V and 400V platforms).

Minimum Requirements:
• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (business level); proficiency in German and Chinese is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team
• Passion for electric mobility and emerging automotive technologies
