As Accountant for our German entity, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a broad accounting scope while actively contributing to the development of our finance function. This is not a role where you simply maintain existing processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape the future way of working.
You will join an international Finance Team with colleagues in Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and report to the Head of Accounting in Sweden. Whether it's improving financial processes, participating in transformation initiatives, or contributing to our Business Central implementation, you will have a real opportunity to make an impact.

What you'll do
- Manageaccountspayableprocessesand,whenneeded, supportaccountsreceivable
- Performbankreconciliationsandensurehigh-qualityfinancialrecords
- Participateinmonthly,quarterly, and annualclosingactivities
- Act as the main contact for external tax advisorsregardingtax reconciliations and annual reporting
- Coordinateandcollaboratewithexternalauditors
- Drive and supportcontinuousimprovementsof financialprocessesandcontrols
- Play akeyroleinourfinancetransformationjourneybysupportingthe finalstagesofourBusiness CentralimplementationandhelpingensureasuccessfultransitiontoournewfinanceplatformplannedonJanuary1, 2027.
What we’re looking for
To succeed in this role, you combine strong accountingexpertisewith a proactive mindset and a willingness to improve the way we work.
Youbring:
- Solidknowledgeof Germanaccountingstandards(HGB)
- Severalyearsofaccountingexperience,preferablyin a medium-sizedorinternationalcompany
- Acompleteddegreeorvocationaltrainingin Accounting, Finance,orarelatedfield
- GoodExcelskillsandgoodknowledgeof Microsoft Office
- ExperiencewithBusiness Centralisa plus, but not arequirement
- Fluencyin German and English,bothwrittenand spoken
- Astructured,independent, andhands‑onwayofworking
- Strongcollaborationskillsand theabilitytoworkeffectivelyincross-borderteams
