The Pôle Santé du Pays-d’Enhaut is looking for the socio-cultural sector of its nursing home (50 beds) "des Gentianes" as well as for its Day Care Centre (CAT) "des Papillons" a:
Social-Educational Assistant (CFC) 80%, starting 1st July or by arrangement
Occupancy rate: from 80% to 100%, to be agreed mutually.
Your duties:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support projects - Plan, prepare and lead varied group or individual activities that meet the expectations and needs of the people supported. - Contribute to the development of the Adapted Montessori Method ©. - Manage autonomously all administrative, organisational and information traceability tasks related to the smooth running of the sector. - Participate in promoting the institution and developing its links with the region and local population.
Your profile:
- Holder of a CFC as a social-educational assistant (essential). - Interest in working in elderly care, with a compatible mission in geriatrics and psycho-geriatrics. - Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, curiosity and creativity. - Proficient in common office and IT tools (knowledge of Carefolio is a plus). - Holder of a car driving licence (essential). - Interest in training and supporting apprentices and interns (FEE training is a plus).
