Polygon One is a spin-off from TH Köln based in Düsseldorf. We build an AI-powered platform that companies use to implement EU supply chain regulation: from satellite-based deforestation analysis and automated filing of due diligence statements (EUDR) to packaging compliance (PPWR). Our own analysis model is significantly more precise than freely available alternatives, especially on complex plots such as agroforestry systems. We are EXIST-funded, part of the Ignition Accelerator at Digihub Düsseldorf, and work with international audit firms and law firms. Our clients are importers and manufacturers from the European Mittelstand and industry. The first PPWR obligations take effect in August 2026, and the EUDR applies from the end of December 2026. The market is emerging right now, and we're building the team for it.
What you'll do
- You proactively reach out to compliance, procurement and sustainability leads in European mid-sized companies, by phone, email and LinkedIn
- You qualify prospects in initial conversations and book meetings for the founders
- You maintain our pipeline in HubSpot and keep it up to date
- You help shape messaging and sequences and test new approaches
- You use regulatory deadlines (EUDR from the end of December 2026, first PPWR obligations since August 2026) as a concrete conversation opener
What you bring
- First experience in B2B sales or as an SDR is a plus; motivated career changers are welcome
- A strong communicator, especially on the phone
- Resilient, structured and goal-oriented
- Willingness to dig into complex regulation (we'll train you)
